I mean sure, he’s got that nice resume with 8+ years agency experience working on several Webby winning and recognized projects, and he’s been making things for the web since IE5 for Mac was available, and he’s got a degree in design, and he loves learning new things and putting them to use, and he’s great in front of clients, and he loves writing clean and maintainable HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP to make stuff with Craft and Laravel and WordPress…
